Hello everybody, it's been literally ages since I was last here at wincustomize. I was looking at my good old user site and found some things I would like to change/remove. I have found no way to do this however. So, for example, how do I remove an item from "My links" at my wincustomize user site?

Your original question will require an official response from a Stardock employee. Unfortunately, it is a holiday weekend and a response will most likely have to wait until Monday at the earliest.

Long time no see!

The functionality/setup of the Personal sites was open to abuse/misuse [and was] and the only real method to closing the 'door' was to disable them entirely.

You can in particular thank one individual whose 'demise' even failed to stop the problem continuing....

It'd be 'nice' to see something done / in its place, but it won't be high on the agenda/to-do list ...

So, does this mean that even an admin can't change what's on these pages?

Most likely not.

I'd believe that only those with their hands directly at the code can change it, at the moment.

Via Merriam Webster:

Examples of EGREGIOUS

  1. an egregious example of political bias
  2. the student's theme was marred by a number of egregious errors in spelling

It would have been even better if he had misspelled egregious.
